Final Task- Production Diary 1

 

This is my first entry in my production diary for my final task. In this video, I talk about the rough filming that I did. I travelled to a training yard just outside Shrewsbury on the 13th December to film a national hunt horse called Rachael Louise. The horse had recently been purchased by a syndicate (group of owners of a horse) I found this interesting because the horse is not being trained in a conventional way. Rachael Louise is at a small yard and is being trained on very steep gallops, I feel that this will make for an interesting subject for the documentary.
