Final Task: Storyboard

 

This is the storyboard for my final film, I aim to have half the scene in a car and the other half at the house. The whole scene will be voiced over by a child who is moving into the house, this child will tell of the ancient mystery of the whisperer. I hope that this will set the scene and the tone for the rest of the film by hooking in the audience and leaving enigma about who this woman is but also what the intentions may be. By using this concept of moving into a house to make it more relatable and try to add humanity to the characters, I want this to make the audience aware of the danger that this family will be in. I aim to have a final shot of the door to the house as the camera pans in to the door, a ghostly woman's face merges with the door and there are shrieks and screams. Overall, I have learnt the importance of a good story board and that it is very important to have one as it gives you a little picture into the scene but also what things might look like and how actors should be positioned.
